Is the meat Halal?

Yes all our meat and poultry is Halal.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery is normally within 45 – 60 minutes. But at times, like restaurants, we do get busy. We will let you know of any likely delays when you place your order.

Is there any way to get a quicker delivery?

- We always try to deliver as soon as we can but we've put together our top tips for delivery:

- Order a delivery for before 7:30 or after 9:00. It’s always quieter then.

- Order online, once you’ve placed your first order you can re-order it again in just a few clicks.

- Order from as many sections as possible. So that you have several chefs working on your order not just one.

- Order when the weathers good. We get twice as many orders when it rains or snows (no one wants to be outside then). And the bikers have to drive slower to be safe too.

How do I place an Online order?

  1. Browse the menu and add your dishes to your basket.
  2. Once you've filled your basket hit checkout.
  3. If you're an unregistered customer you'll be asked for all your delivery details, if you're registered you'll be asked to confirm which address to deliver to.

How do I place an order on the phone?

  1. Browse the menu and decide what you want to eat.
  2. Call our call kitchen on 020 89924040 and place your order with one of our operators.
  3. They will confirm your order and delivery details and then give you an order number.
  4. We'll then ask you what delivery time you'd like you delivery - asap (normally within 45 – 60 mins) or for a specific delivery time.
  5. Then we ask you to choose your payment type - Cash or Credit Card. (sorry we don't take cheques!)
